Returns policy

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days.
After 30 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
We do not refund or exchange for change of mind.
Please contact us at in the first instance to request a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Fabric purchases
We do not offer refunds or exchange for incorrect purchases of fabric.
The colour of our online fabrics may vary in appearance between computer monitors, so if details such as colour, pattern, weight or style is critical, contact us before purchase and we may be able to provide a swatch prior to purchase.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and we are unable to repair the item.
As a number of our items are unique or “one offs” we may not be able to offer an exchange and a refund may be offered instead. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will contact you to discuss the matter.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are redeemable for workshops and instore purchases at Home Industry to the value as purchased. Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase, and are not redeemable for cash or refund.
Returning items
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping the goods to you in the first instance will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
You are responsible for accurate return of goods.
